Hey, I’m

Cole Hastings

I’m a YouTuber, entrepreneur, and author who has been studying the realms of self improvement and psychology for over 5 years.

But for the first 20 years of my life, I was stuck in a cycle of self-stagnation.

Every morning, I’d wake up and question my reason for existing.
